What uses a credit?
Each message you send the assistant, each AI enhance and each routine run. Suggested replies and voice dictation are free, and a credit is returned if the AI fails before answering.
When do credits reset?
At midnight in your company's time zone (UTC until you set one). Unused credits don't roll over.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from Settings → Subscription. You keep the CRM and all your data, and move back to the free daily credits.
